Digital products include PDF devotionals, digital access to the Golden Grove Legacy app, and other downloadable content.
Once you have downloaded and accessed a digital product, it is considered delivered and used. We cannot offer refunds for change of mind after substantial use.
Physical products include printed devotionals and legacy workbooks shipped to your address.
If a physical product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Bundle purchases and subscription products have specific refund terms:
If you purchase a bundle (multiple products together), the entire bundle must be returned unused to qualify for a refund. Partial refunds for individual items within a bundle are not available.
Subscription charges are non-refundable once processed. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will not be charged for future billing periods. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
