At Bee & The Palm, we stand behind the quality and value of our devotionals and legacy workbooks. We want you to feel confident in your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which we offer refunds for digital and physical products.

Digital Products (PDF & App Access)

Digital products include PDF devotionals, digital access to the Golden Grove Legacy app, and other downloadable content.

Refund Eligibility:

  • Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase
  • The product must not have been substantially accessed or downloaded
  • The purchase must not have been part of a promotional or discounted offer (unless otherwise stated)

Once you have downloaded and accessed a digital product, it is considered delivered and used. We cannot offer refunds for change of mind after substantial use.

Physical Products (Printed Books)

Physical products include printed devotionals and legacy workbooks shipped to your address.

Refund Eligibility:

  • Refunds are available within 30 days of delivery
  • The product must be in its original, unused condition
  • The product must be in its original packaging
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund

If a physical product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Bundles & Subscriptions

Bundle purchases and subscription products have specific refund terms:

Bundle Refunds:

If you purchase a bundle (multiple products together), the entire bundle must be returned unused to qualify for a refund. Partial refunds for individual items within a bundle are not available.

Subscription Refunds:

Subscription charges are non-refundable once processed. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will not be charged for future billing periods. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the refund request
  2. Provide Details: Include information about the product, purchase date, and why you are requesting a refund
  3. For Physical Products: We will provide you with a return shipping address. Please ship the item back in its original condition
  4. Processing: Once we receive and verify your return (or approve your digital refund), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days

Exceptions & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Products purchased during promotional sales or clearance events (unless otherwise stated)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Products that have been used, accessed, or substantially modified
  • Shipping and handling fees
  • Gift cards and promotional codes
  • Products purchased from third-party retailers (contact the retailer directly)

Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Some financial institutions may take longer to process the refund.

If you paid via installment plan, refunds will be applied to your remaining installment balance. If the refund exceeds the remaining balance, the excess will be returned to your original payment method.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, we want to make it right. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damage or defect
  • A description of the issue

We will replace the product or issue a full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
