Welcome to The Bee & The Palm ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website at beeandpalm.com, our digital platform, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Service"). The Service includes, but is not limited to, the Golden Grove Legacy workbook and field manual products, devotional content, the Digital Canopy vault, community features such as Village Leaves, and any other content or tools we provide.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account, making a purchase, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Your Access to the Service

You are responsible for providing the equipment and internet connection necessary to access the Service. We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or that it will be free from interruptions, errors, or security vulnerabilities. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

4. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You agree not to:

6. Products, Purchases, and Payments

The Service offers digital and physical products, including but not limited to the Golden Grove Legacy field manual (digital PDF and paperback formats), devotional volumes, and access to the Digital Canopy vault. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Deposits and Waitlist

Certain products may require a deposit to reserve your place on a waitlist. Deposits are credited toward your final purchase. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to other products available through the Service.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all digital purchases. If you are not satisfied, contact our support team for a full refund. Paperback orders may be returned within 14 days in their original condition. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer. Deposits are non-refundable but are credited toward future purchases.

7. Digital Content and the Digital Canopy Vault

The Digital Canopy vault allows you to store personal artifacts, including photos, voice notes, letters, and documents. You retain ownership of all content you upload to the vault. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content to you and any individuals you explicitly authorize.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your stored content, but we do not guarantee that your content will be free from loss, corruption, or unauthorized access. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important materials.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law, and to set reasonable limits on storage capacity.

8. User-Generated Content

The Service allows you to submit content through various features, including workbook responses, community posts (Village Leaves), and other interactive elements. You retain ownership of your original content, but by submitting content to public or community areas of the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with the Service.

You represent and warrant that you have the right to submit any content you provide and that your content does not infringe on the rights of any third party. You are solely responsible for the content you submit.

We reserve the right to review, moderate, and remove any user-generated content at our sole discretion, including content that we determine to be harmful, offensive, or in violation of these Terms.

9. Promotional Use Waiver

By submitting content to public or community features of the Service (such as Village Leaves, testimonials, or social sharing features), you grant The Bee & The Palm permission to use your submitted content, first name, and general location for promotional purposes, including but not limited to marketing materials, social media, and website testimonials. We will never share your full name, email address, or other personal identifiers without your explicit written consent.

10. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources. These links are provided for your convenience only. We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and the Golden Grove Legacy brand and all related terminology, are the exclusive property of The Bee & The Palm or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The "Bee & The Palm," "Golden Grove Legacy," "Digital Canopy," "Village Leaves," "Bee & Palm System," and related marks are trademarks of The Bee & The Palm. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

12. Copyright Infringement (DMCA)

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

THE GOLDEN GROVE LEGACY PRODUCTS AND DEVOTIONAL CONTENT ARE INTENDED FOR PERSONAL REFLECTION AND LEGACY DOCUMENTATION PURPOSES ONLY. THEY DO NOT CONSTITUTE PROFESSIONAL COUNSELING, THERAPY, LEGAL, OR FINANCIAL ADVICE. IF YOU NEED PROFESSIONAL ASSISTANCE, PLEASE CONSULT A QUALIFIED PROFESSIONAL.

16. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE BEE & THE PALM AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

17. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may request a copy of your stored content (including vault items and workbook entries) within 30 days of termination by contacting us at [email protected].

All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

18. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language and shall take place in the state of Georgia, United States, or at another mutually agreed location.

You agree that any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property rights.

19. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

20. Communications

By creating an account or providing your email address, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, including service announcements, administrative messages, and promotional materials. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in the email or by contacting us.

If you provide your phone number and opt in to SMS communications, you consent to receive text messages from us related to your account, orders, and promotional offers. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message.

21. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

22. Additional Terms

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other agreements referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and The Bee & The Palm regarding the Service.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under them without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
